Do I need a second phone?
No. It's a second number that lives inside the app on the iPhone you already have. Nothing to carry, no extra SIM.
Does my personal number stay private?
Yes — that's the point. You give out your AI 2nd Line number; calls and texts to it land in the app. Your real number never gets exposed.
Does it work with my carrier?
It works alongside whatever carrier you're on. Your number is independent of your phone plan, so switching carriers doesn't affect it.
Are calls recorded?
Your assistant says a short “this call may be recorded” notice by default, and you can turn that off in settings. Recording laws vary by state — about a dozen require every party to consent — so we leave the notice on unless you change it.
What happens if I run out of AI minutes?
Answering falls back to voicemail until your plan renews, so you never miss a call. You can top up 100 minutes any time for $9.99, and top-up minutes roll over.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your iPhone's Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Your number stays active through the end of the billing period.
